What's a max bid?

Constructed of smooth red wool, trimmed with golden-yellow piping, bearing dual tresses bearing machine-embroidered gold bullion wire oak leaves, with a central white rayon disk with a central black rayon mobile swastika, all trimmed with gold bullion wire piping, the interior bearing Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label with manufacturer code “A4/343” and serial number “128556”, measuring 128 mm (w) x 545 mm (l) (as unfolded), in extremely fine condition.
