What's a max bid?

Constructed of brass, with a silvered plate attached to the buckle via two soldering points; the obverse depicting a national eagle perched atop a mobile wreathed swastika, surrounded by two ropes, with two oak leaf twigs on the bottom; with a stamped catch and a double-claw spring bar assembly; measuring 52 mm (w) x 37 mm (h); in overall very fine condition.
