What's a max bid?

(Östliche Vordere Ehren Abzeichen für Nederländischen Freiwillingen der NSKK). Constructed of coppered bronze, the obverse consisting of a stylized wheel, with a central Wolfsangel run flanked by a Stahlhelm and sword, topped by an inscription of “TROUW” (“LOYALTY”), the reverse with a magnetic metal vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 46.86 mm (w) x 50.71 mm (h), weighing 12.3 grams, in better than very fine condition.
