What's a max bid?

A lot of three NS-Reichskriegerbund (National Socialist Reich Warriors League) district cuff titles, including two West titles, each constructed of black rayon, the obverse of both trimmed with machine-embroidered silver-grey tresses and bearing inscriptions of “WEST” flanked on each side by crossed swords, both unmarked and measuring 30 mm (w) x 400 mm (l), both demonstrating minor material fatigue, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a Rhein (Rhine) title, constructed of black rayon, the obverse trimmed with machine-embroidered silver-grey tresses and bearing an inscription of “RHEIN” flanked on each side by crossed swords, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 400 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
