What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, consisting of a NSRL-style German national eagle overlaid by a black enameled swastika, within a laurel wreath bearing a date of “1942”, unmarked, measuring 22 mm (w) x 21 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
