What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse with RAD logo of a mobile swastika between wheat stalks, reverse with inscription Für treue Dienste im Reichsarbeitsdienst (For Faithful Service in the Reich Labour Service), measuring 33.13 mm (w) x 45.82 mm (h), on loop for suspension from its period original bowtie-style ribbon with horizontal pinback, and in extremely fine condition.
