What's a max bid?

(Dienstnadel für Eisenbahnerinnen in Gold). A badge constructed of gilded bronze, depicting a double-winged wheel over a laurel leaf wreath, surmounted by a mobile swastika, reverse shows a horizontal pinback, measuring 30 mm (w) x 21 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
