The RLB (National Air Raid Protection League) Air Raid Defence Medal 2nd Class certificate is named to RLB Obertruppmeister (sergeant equivalent) Wilhelm John. It is dated to Berlin on December 17, 1940. Measuring 209 mm (w) x 295 mm (h), presenting light scuffing and creasing of the edges, and light soiling in the upper right corner, remains near extremely fine.
