What's a max bid?

Constructed of red wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine-embroidered black rayon tresses, with a central white rayon disc measuring 92 mm in diameter, overlaid by a multi-piece black rayon mobile swastika, the reverse retaining a fully-intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label with a secondary code of “498047”, unstitched and measuring 400 mm (l) x 120 mm (h) as presented, in near extremely fine condition.
