Constructed of red wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine-embroidered black rayon tresses, with a central white rayon disc measuring 92 mm in diameter, overlaid by a multi-piece black rayon mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 205 mm (w) x 128 mm (h), with minor soiling evident to the white disc, in overall extremely fine condition.
