What's a max bid?

A set of SS silver cufflinks, each bearing a round insignia consisting of raised double Sig runes within a circular oak leaf wreath, set within a pebbled border, the reverse of each with swivel clasps, both marked with SS Kulterzeichen and hallmarks consisting of crowns and crescent moons, indicating German manufacture, as well as silver content numbers of “800”, the insignia of both measuring 17.08 mm in diameter, weighing 16.5 grams, in overall extremely fine condition.
