What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver with enamels, the obverse consisting of a black enameled disk bearing silvered double Sig runes, within a silvered border bisected by a black enameled band, the reverse with a membership number of “139297”, an inscription of “SILBER” with a content number of “900”, and a maker’s marked of “GAHR, MÜNCHEN”, measuring 14.40 mm in diameter with a 51 mm-long needle, weighing 2.6 grams, in extremely fine condition.
