Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver aluminum flat wire SS-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, sewn to a cut-out olive-drab piece of uniform cloth, unmarked, the insignia measuring 88 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
