What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse with a SS-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, within an inscription of “MEINE EHRE HEIßT TREUE” (“MY HONOUR IS LOYALTY”), the reverse with a loop and dual magnetic metal attachment prongs, maker marked “O & C” for Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid, measuring 62 mm (w) x 47 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
