What's a max bid?

A Technische Nothilfe (Technical Emergency Help/TeNo) Leader’s dagger hanger, consisting of a bronze loop with two additional loops emanating from the lower edge, descending from each loop is a brown leather strap, each adjusted with silvered bronze cogwheel buckles and completing with silvered zink spring clips, unmarked, measuring 24.5 cm in total length as presented, minor material fatigue is visible to the leather and one clip has broken, a scarce hanger in very fine condition.
