What's a max bid?

A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bears two nude male figures, one of which holds a flag with a swastika that flies behind them, both are standing on a podium with an eagle holding a wreath with a swastika in the centre, the reverse centre bears the inscription “1 OKTOBER 1938” circumscribed with “EIN VOLK EIN REICH EIN FÜHRER” (ONE PEOPLE ONE COUNTRY ONE LEADER), with suspension loop with red and black striped ribbon, measuring 32.20 mm (w) x 37.66 mm (h), very fine.
