What's a max bid?

(Tag des Deutschen Handwerks Abzeichen). Constructed of silver, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “C. POELLATH, SCHROBENHAUSEN”, with an additional mark of “SILBER” and a content number of “800”, measuring 30 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), weighing 12.0 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
