What's a max bid?

(Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse). An Iron Cross paty constructed of silver with a blackened magnetic iron core, the obverse centre bears a mobile swastika, the six o’clock arm bears the date “1939”, the reverse is plain and bears a vertical banjo style pinback with a flat wire catch, the pinback is marked “4” (Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenshied), measuring 43.98 mm (w) x 44.13 mm (h), weighing 18.2 grams; accompanied by a square case constructed of black textured faux leather with an iron cross paty embossed on the lid, with push button catch, the interior lid is of an off-white fabric and the medal bed is of an off-white velvet with a recessed area for the pinback, measuring 69.90 mm (w) x 71.77 mm (h), very fine.
