Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse with a raised central NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swasika, topped by initials “RDH” (“REICH ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN DOGS”), above an inscription of “REICHSVERBAND FÜR DAS DEUTSCHE HUNDEWESEN FÜR HERVORRAGENDE LEISTUNG” (“REICH ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN DOGS, FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE”), the obverse maker marked “M. & W. STUTTGART” for Meyer & Wilhelm, measuring 60 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
