What's a max bid?

An extremely well-preserved, late-war edition of Mein Kampf, constructed of a heavy card stock binding with 781 paginated pages containing both volumes of the seminal ideological treatise of the NSDAP in plain Latin script, printed in 1943 by Zentralverlag der NSDAP (the official publishing house of the NSDAP) in Munich, measuring 132 mm (w) x 190 mm (h) accompanied by its original custom-fitted storage case, constructed of card stock and featuring the author and title stamped onto the obverse, a perfectly-preserved set in extremely fine condition.
