A group of three Third Reich period decorations, including an Honour Cross of the German Mother in Gold, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, with a central black swastika surrounded by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse with an institution date of “16. Dezember 1938” and a facsimile of the Führer, measuring 35 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
A Sudetenland Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with two raised figures, with one clutching a flag and the other a length of broken chain, above a NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a central date of “1. Oktober 1938”, circumscribed by an inscription of “Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Führer” (“One People, One Nation, One Leader”), measuring 32 mm in diameter, in very fine condition.
A Social Welfare Medal, constructed of feinzink, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a Geneva Cross overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “Medaille für deutsche Volkspflege” (“Medal for German Social Welfare”), unmarked, measuring 39 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
