A mixed lot of 12 buttons and insignia, including two large NSDAP political uniform buttons, each constructed of gilded magnetic metal and retaining reverse lugs, both measuring 25 mm in diameter and marked with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logos and maker codes “M5/71” for Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid, with minor oxidation evident, in very fine condition; a small NSDAP political uniform button, constructed of silvered magnetic metal, the reverse retaining a lug, unmarked, measuring 22 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition; an indeterminate Third Reich-period uniform button, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, the reverse retaining a lug, maker marked with the logo of F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 23 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition; a Heer EM/NCO’s M43 cap insignia, constructed of field-grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-mbroidered silver-grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a tricolour cockade, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition; a Heer EM/NCO’s cap cockade, constructed of dark green rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered tricolour cockade, unmarked, measuring 58 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition; a Heer EM/NCO’s M44 cap insignia, constructed of a grey-brown cotton trapezoid, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered dark grey-brown Wehrmacht eagle above a tricolour cockade, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Luftwaffe Flight Personnel Oberleutnant collar tab, constructed of golden-yellow wool with a buckram core, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing two machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire gulls above oak leaf branches, unmarked, measuring 50 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), with minor material fatigue evident and with some mothing visible to the reverse, in very fine condition; a Heer Oberschütze rank insignia, constructed of field-grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey pip, unmarked, measuring 52 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition; a Kriegsmarine Ordnance/Artificer white uniform sleeve insignia, constructed of white cotton twill, the obverse bearing machine-embroidered blue crossed cannons, unmarked, measuring 60 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition; a NSRL Sports Badge, Gold Grade cloth version, constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a central ringed machine-embroidered gold German national eagle overlaid by a black mobile swastika, marked “BEVO-WUPPERTAL”, measuring 70 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition, and; an organizational insignia, constructed of dark green rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered red, white, and green insignia, unmarked, measuring 60 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
