A pair of Civil Service Long Service Crosses, including a 25-year award, constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms and with its quadrants joined by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a central black swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 40.90 mm (w) x 45.72 mm (h), weighing 21.3 grams (inclusive of ribbon), accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of two pieces of card stock, the exterior with a faux red leather liner and silvered number “25” within a cogwheel, the interior with a red felt medal bed, unmarked, measuring 50 mm (w) x 100 mm (l) x 15 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a 40-year award, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms and with its quadrants joined by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a central black swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 41.40 mm (w) x 46.22 mm (h), weighing 23.5 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
