What's a max bid?

Constructed of white cotton, the exterior bearing a dyed black inscription of “STADTWACHT” (“CITY GUARD”), topped by a stamped bearing an inscription of “POLIZEIPRÄSIDIUM MÜNCHEN”, otherwise unmarked, measuring 215 mm (l) x 82 mm (h), with some fading and soiling evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
