What's a max bid?

(Ostarbeiter abzeichen). A breast patch constructed of blue and white cotton, the centre features “OST” spelled in white capital letters over a blue square and bordered by white then blue frames, measures 78 mm (w) x 78 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
