What's a max bid?

(Das Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, presents as a Cross Pattée with central raised inscription of “1914-1918” within an oak leaf wreath, reverse plain with exception of maker mark of “G & S”, measuring 38 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), accompanied by its period original certificate of issue, on paper measuring 210 mm (w) x 148 mm (h), awarded to Bäckermeister Otto Ulbrich of Dresden, dates 8 September 1935, in extremely fine condition.
