What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star, with a central sunwheel-style floral design within a laurel wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 49.86 mm (w) x 49.65 mm (h), weighing 21.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
