What's a max bid?

Machine woven cufftitle, dark green centre stripe with bright silver coloured aluminum diagonally ribbed flat-wire edge trim and narrow olive green/tan borders on both the top and bottom, the centre bears “AFRIKAKORPS” machine woven in silver coloured aluminum flat-wire thread, measuring 444.5 mm (w) x 33 mm (h), very fine.
