What's a max bid?

Consisting of a multi-piece cross pattée constructed of a blackened magnetic iron core within a silvered ribbed border, the obverse with a raised central mobile swastika with the re-institution date “1939” in raised numbers on the lower arm, the reverse plain with a vertical banjo-style pinback, a barreled sheet metal hinge, and a round catch, unmarked, measuring 44 mm (h) x 44 mm (w), in very fine condition.
