What's a max bid?

(Ärmelschild Demjansk). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing raised crossed swords and a plane, above a date of “1942”, topped by an inscription of “DEMJANSK” and a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, affixed to a magnetic metal backplate with a field-grey wool backer, unmarked, the shield measuring 50.70 mm (w) x 92.48 mm (h), with some oxidation evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
