What's a max bid?

(Deutsches Kreuz in Gold). Instituted 28 September 1941 by A.H. (Issued 1941-1945). Consisting of a double-overlaid sunburst pattern with eight points, the center with a black enameled rotated mobile swastika, within a stamped gilded circular wreath impressed with oak leaves, ribbons, and the introduction year “1941”, the inner and outer sides of the wreath feature a thin red enameled rings with a gilded core in the middle, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked on reverse with code “134” for maker Otto Klein & Co., Hanau, measuring 63.01 mm x 63.13 mm, weighing 43.8 grams, slight tarnishing of metals and scratching of enamels, otherwise in better than very fine condition.
