What's a max bid?

Constructed of a silver-grey cotton twill, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine-embroidered black tresses, bearing a central black inscription of “KURLAND”, flanked on the left by a shield bearing the coat of arms of the Teutonic Order (Hochmeisterkreuz) and on the right by a shield bearing the coat of arms of Kurland, unmarked, measuring 37 mm (w) x 240 mm (l), a long-style second type in extremely fine condition.
