What's a max bid?

A lot of shoulder board insignia, including a set of Luftwaffe Air Traffic Control School cphers, each constructed of bronze and retaining both reverse attachment prongs, both unmarked and measuring 22 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), in very fine condition; a set of Geheime Feldpolizei cyphers, each constructed of bronze and retaining both reverse attachment prongs, both unmarked and measuring 32 mm (w) x 20 mm (h), in very fine condition; a set of Kriegsmarine cyphers, each constructed of bronze, both unmarked and measuring 23 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), missing all reverse attachment prongs, in fair condition; a Heer Observation Battalion cypher, constructed of silvered bronze, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 20 mm (w) x 23 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a Heer Railroad cypher, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 19 mm (w) x 21 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
