What's a max bid?

A medal bar for Eastern Front service featuring four decorations, including a 1939 Iron Cross II Class, constructed of iron and silver, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1939”, the reverse six o’clock arm with an initial institution date of “1813”, without visible marks, measuring 44.53 mm (w) x 48.32 mm (h); a War Merit Cross II Class with Swords, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms and with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the obverse bearing a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central wreathed date of “1939”, without visible marks, measuring 48.60 mm (w) x 49.42 mm (h); an Eastern Front Medal, constructed of silvered and patinated zink, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42” (“WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/42”), above a crossed sword and laurel branch, topped by a Stahlhelm and stick grenade, without visible marks, measuring 35.88 mm (w) x 44.28 mm (h), and; a Finnish Order of the Cross of Liberty, IV Class, constructed of patinated magnetic iron, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse overlaid by a silvered swastika and bearing a central rosette, the reverse engraved with a central date of “1941” between dual rivets securing the obverse swastika in place, unmarked, measuring 39.07 mm (w) x 43.29 mm (h); all suspended from a 120 mm-long magnetic metal bar with a horizontal pinback, the reverse stamped with an unidentified maker’s mark, with minor loss of finish evident to the decorations, in near extremely fine condition; accompanied by a matching ribbon bar, set on a 60 mm-long zink core with a dark grey wool reverse liner and horizontal pinback, unmarked, in extremely fine condition.
