What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mixed Lot of Badges

(Wehrmacht Abzeichen). A mixed lot of three Wehrmacht badges, including:

1. An Infantry Assault Badge, Bronze Grade, constructed of bronzed zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, diagonally across the badge is a Karabiner 98k rifle with the bayonet attached and the carrying sling hanging from the rifle, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Richard Sieper & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 47.90 mm (w) x 62.82 mm (h), weighing 31.5 grams, the badge is missing all of its reverse hardware and demonstrates additional loss of finish and oxidation (particularly to the reverse), in fair condition.

2. A Luftwaffe Ground Assault Badge, constructed of silvered and patinated zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaying a stylized cloud from which a lightning bolt emanates and strikes the ground, unmarked, measuring 44.23 mm (w) x 56.36 mm (h), weighing 33.1 the badge is missing all of its reverse hardware with the remnants of crude attempts at repair, in addition to total loss of finish, in fair condition.

3. A Kriegsmarine Minesweeper War Badge, constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a central depiction of a sea mine exploding, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Rudolf Souval, Vienna, measuring 44.46 mm (w) x 54.80 mm (h), weighing 25.0 grams, the badge is missing all of its reverse hardware in addition to total loss of finish, in fair condition.
