(Wehrmacht Insignien). A mixed lot of five Wehrmacht uniform insignia, including a 1st Fallschirm-Panzer Division Hermann Göring cap eagle, constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Luftwaffe Flight Personnel EM/NCO’s sleeve badge, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey insignia, unmarked, measuring 98 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Luftwaffe Gefreiter sleeve insignia, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a single silver aluminum wire chevron, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 64 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a Luftwaffe EM/NCO’s visor cap wreath and cockade, constructed of silvered zink, the reverse retaining both sets of butterfly-style attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 145 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), with minor oxidation evident, in near extremely fine condition, and; a Heer EM/NCO’s visor cap wreath and cockade, constructed of silvered zink with a red wool centrepiece, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), with most of the finish lost, in very fine condition.
