A pair of Wehrmacht Driver Proficiency Badges, including a Bronze Grade badge, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, around a central steering wheel, affixed with stitching to a field-grey wool backer, the insignia measuring 40 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), missing a reverse attachment prong, in near extremely fine condition, and; a Silver Grade badge, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, around a central steering wheel, affixed with two reverse attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backer and with a field-grey wool liner, the insignia measuring 40 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), the insignia demonstrates some oxidation and the backer’s paper liner has deteriorated, in very fine condition.
