A II Class Merit Decoration, Gold Grade, constructed of gilded zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of an eight-pointed starburst, bearing a central rosette set within a circular laurel leaf wreath, the suspension loop maker marked with Präsidialkanzlei code “100” for Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida, measuring 40.03 mm (w) x 45.02 mm (h), weighing 15.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), with most of the original gilt finish lost, in very fine condition.
2. A II Class Bravery Decoration, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an right-pointed starburst, bearing a central rosette set within a circular laurel leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 39.62 mm (w) x 45.48 mm (h), weighing 14.8 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
