What's a max bid?

Germany, Wehrmacht. A Rare Slovakian Schnelle Division Krim Badge

(Slowakische Schnelle-Division Krim Abzeichen). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, topped by a Slovak national eagle clutching a fasces, joined together at the bottom by dates “1943-1944”, with a central depiction of the Crimean Peninsula on a hollow background, bearing an inscription of “KRIM”, the reverse with a magnetic metal rivet securing the badge to a leather fob, unmarked, measuring 46 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), with oxidation and loss of finish evident throughout, in overall fair condition.
