Constructed of field-grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered Romanian blue, yellow, and red tri-colour shield, topped by an inscription of “ROMANIA”), the obverse marked “BEVO-WUPPERTAL”, measuring 70 mm (w) x 88 mm (h), a scarce first pattern insignia in unissued and near mint condition.
