What's a max bid?

A set of Wehrmacht (Heer or Luftwaffe) Medical Oberstleutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced dark blue wool, bearing four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with gilded zink rank pips, both unmarked and measuring 38 mm (w) x 120 mm (l), with moderate material fatigue evident throughout, in overall very fine condition.
