What's a max bid?

Germany, Wehrmacht. A Set of Model B Panzer/Armoured Reconnaissance Crew Headphones

(Doppel Kopffernhörer). A set of Model B Panzer/Armoured Reconnaissance crew headphones, constructed of a malleable magnetic metal frame, insulated with black leather. Each end of the frame completes with a sliding magnetic metal clip with dual rivets meeting studs emanating from the removable earphones. The latter are constructed of black bakelite with black rubber earpieces, affording comfortable wear for the user. An insulated wire descends from each earpiece and fuses into a single wire, which has been severed from its plug. Each earpiece bears an illegible Wehrmacht stamped, and is also embossed with an inscription of “DFH. B.” for Doppelfernhörer B, as well as a manufacture date of “44”. Age-appropriate material fatigue is evident, in addition to the severed wire, but this complete headphone set is in an otherwise very fine condition.
