What's a max bid?

(Spanienkreuz in Bronze mit Schwertern). Constructed of bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms and a central mobile swastika within dual rings, with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the hilt of each sword bearing a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with the tips of the eagles’ wings joining each arm, the reverse with a block hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 56.59 mm (w) x 56.37 mm (h), weighing 30.5 grams, in extremely fine condition.
