What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms, the quadrants joined by Luftwaffe eagles clutching mobile swastika, with a central raised mobile swastika within dual rings, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 55.25 mm (w) x 55.28 mm (h), weighing 26.2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
