Constructed of silvered tombak, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms, with a central mobile swastika inside of dual rings, with crossed swords through the centrepiece, each quadrant joined by a Luftwaffe-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with a block hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked but with the physical characteristics of manufacture by C.E. Juncker, Berlin, measuring 56.09 mm (w) x 55.71 mm (h), weighing 26.3 grams, in overall near extremely fine condition.
