(Wehrmacht Deutsches Afrikakorps Koppelschloss). Constructed of olive drab painted metal (magnetic); the obverse with a central raised field depicting a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed “Gott Mit Uns” (German - God with Us) and a partial oak wreath; the reverse with a standard soldered catch and double-prong swivel bar; attached to a thick brown leather tab - dated “1941” and maker marked “C.W. Motz & Co., Brandenburg a. H.” on the tab; measuring 63 mm (w) x 48 mm (h); in overall mint condition.
