What's a max bid?

A Maltese cross in silvered tombac, the obverse with crossed swords between the arms of the cross and a circular raised border of oak leaves with a raised mobile swastika in the center, the reverse plain with a vertical pinback displaying the number “4”, measures 48.27 mm (w) x 48.26 mm (h), weighs 23.9 grams, and in very fine condition.
