What's a max bid?

Constructed of a black leather ribbon bearing multi-coloured machine-embroidered thread with sliding leather clasp, meeting head constructed of twisted silver aluminum bullion wire, head with German national tri-colour wire centerpiece, measuring 435 mm in length, ribbon has been severed and repaired, otherwise in near very fine condition.
