Constructed of silvered zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star, with a central rosette within a laurel leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 39.92 mm (w) x 44.96 mm (h), weighing 13.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
