The Field Honour Badge is accompanied by three official documents issued by the society of the badge.

Fleck & Sohn in Hamburg, and that the certificate is to be filled out by the recipient himself to avoid mistakes, and so he can include all and any information he would like to add. A statement, saying that on February 1, 1934, the supreme SA leadership has allowed the wearing of the German Field Honour Badge on the uniform, provided it is the only post-war unofficial badge that is worn.
